This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven attorney to work with a top-tier practice group renowned for its expertise in complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions.
- Handling general corporate matters and providing strategic legal guidance.
- Managing all aspects of M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and overseeing deal execution.
- Building client relationships through direct client interaction and managing matters with a high degree of independence.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in California, or willing to sit for the California Bar.
- Significant experience handling M&A transactions, including a strong understanding of corporate law and market terms.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting transaction documents and effective deal management.
- A business development-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take on high levels of responsibility.
